At our bar, we’re surrounded by creativity, from the pieces displayed throughout our space to the gallery that breathes life into our walls. Inspired by this artistic atmosphere, we set out to merge our love for food and drinks with the creative process itself. We asked ourselves: What fueled the artists who inspire us? What did they eat? What did they drink?
Artist's Path
Some drank water, others wine. Some turned to spices, while others abstained completely. And of course, many found comfort in whisky. From these musings, our cocktail was born—a reflection of both our artistry and theirs.
Introducing our Artist’s Path: a bold and balanced sour featuring Naked Malt, coffee, strawberries, port wine, and pepper. Shaken and served over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, it’s finished with a fragrant cloud of black pepper and strawberries—a nod to the dreamlike haze of absinthe, once beloved by many artists. Instead of the spirit itself, we capture its essence, inviting you to experience creativity in every sip.
